Biography

Alexander Barth’s work focuses mainly on corporate and real estate law as well as on litigation. He also advises both national and international companies on labour law.

Prior to his work at Proksch & Partner Alexander Barth worked in public service inter alia at the Constitutional Court and the Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs. Due to his previous professional experience, he also strengthens our law firm as a valuable support in public law.
